The East Leopards basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting West Panthers to 38 in the Leopards league victory on Friday.
The Leopards now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olympus for a 5A Region 6 contest on Tuesday, February 13. East will battle a Titans team coming off a 74-55 league win over Alta (Sandy, UT). The Titans record now stands at 18-3.
The Panthers (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT). The Eagles come into the 5A Region 6 contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, Skyline was defeated by Highland (Salt Lake City, UT), 55-36, in a league contest.
