In Friday's non-league outing, the Sibley East Wolverines (Arlington, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop Thunderbirds (Winthrop, MN), by a count of 61-40.
The Wolverines (12-11) will now prepare for their outing against Loyola (Mankato, MN). The Crusaders go into the non-league outing with a 11-12 record.
The Thunderbirds now hold a 9-15 record. They play next when they travel to Loyola for a A Section 2 outing on Monday, February 12.
