The New Franklin Bulldogs basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the host Sturgeon Bulldogs to 34 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pilot Grove for a Central contest on Tuesday, February 13. New Franklin will battle a Tigers team coming off a 53-23 league win over Madison (Madison, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 11-13.

The Bulldogs (9-13) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Madison, MO). The Panthers come into the Central contest with a 3-21 record. In their last contest, Madison dropped by Linn County (Purdin, MO), 42-40, in a non-league contest.
