Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Southeast Whitfield County Raiders (Dalton, GA), 60-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwest Whitfield upgrades its record to 14-10 on the season. The Bruins travel to Heritage (Ringgold, GA) to play the Generals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 19-5. Heritage lost 50-45 in their recent league bout against Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA)
