North Carolina High School Basketball - North Mecklenburg overwhelms Chambers

February 9, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28262

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) and the host Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC), saw North Mecklenburg's basketball squad wallop Chambers by a tally of 83-45.

With the victory, North Mecklenburg improves its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Hopewell (Huntersville, NC) to confront the Titans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 3-5.

Next up, the Cougars confront the West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Chambers will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 57-51 non-league win over Harding University (Charlotte, NC).
