The Arlington Lions baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Hillcrest Trojans to 0 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Patriot (Jurupa Valley, CA). The Warriors go into the River Valley match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Patriot was overwhelmed by Ramona (Riverside, CA), 10-2, in a league match.
The Trojans (1-6) will now prepare for their match against La Sierra (Riverside, CA). The Eagles go into the River Valley match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, La Sierra gained a win over Norte Vista (Riverside, CA), 15-1, in a league match.
