The Damascus Hornets topped the visiting Kennedy Cavaliers basketball team by a final score of 45-35 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Hornets face the Oxon Hill Clippers (Oxon Hill, MD) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 3. Damascus will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Clippers enter the game with a 21-3 record after their 50-24 non-league win over Crofton (Gambrills, MD).
With the defeat, Kennedy moves to 5-7 on the year.
