The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans basketball team (Concord, NC), was overwhelmed 70-40 in Friday's non-league battle with the host West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC)

The Falcons now possess a 27-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ashe County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 5. West Rowan will confront a Huskies team coming off a 64-51 non-league win over North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 18-8.
