Texas High School Softball - Boerne-Champion bounces Veterans Memorial

The Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) softball routed the host Veterans Memorial Patriots (San Antonio, TX), 22-12 in Friday's league bout.

The Chargers (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Tivy (Kerrville, TX). The Antlers go into the 5A Region IV District 26 bout with a 7-4 record.

The Patriots now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Llano for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 12. Veterans Memorial will confront a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Luling (Luling, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 9-3.
