Texas High School Softball - Boerne-Champion bounces Veterans Memorial

The Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) softball routed the visiting Veterans Memorial Patriots (San Antonio, TX), 7-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Chargers (5-4) will now prepare for their bout against Tivy (Kerrville, TX). The Antlers go into the 5A Region IV District 26 bout with a 12-7 record.

The Patriots now possess a 5-16 record. They play next when they host Dripping Springs for a 5A Region IV District 26 bout on Monday, April 11. Veterans Memorial will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Boerne (Boerne, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 19-9.
