South Carolina High School Lacrosse - Socastee tipped by St. James

In Monday's league test, the host St. James Sharks lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Socastee Braves.

The Sharks now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Waccamaw for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 13. St. James will face a Warriors squad coming off a 12-10 non-league loss to Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.

In their next game, the Braves face the West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC) in a 5A Lower District 5 test, on Thursday, March 14. Socastee will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 17-1 non-league loss to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC).
