The Socastee Braves lacrosse squad (Myrtle Beach, SC), was nipped 8-7 in Wednesday's league challenge with the visiting St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC)

Coming up next, the Sharks meet the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 28. St. James will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 12-11 league loss to Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC).

The Braves now sport a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Bishop England for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 8.
