The Lonoke Jackrabbits baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Brookland Bearcats to 3 in the Jackrabbits non-league win on Tuesday.
The Jackrabbits now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Huntsville for a non-league test on Friday, March 14. Lonoke will play a Eagles team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Russellville (Russellville, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Brookland drops to 1-3 on the year. The Bearcats host Wynne (Wynne, AR) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Thursday, March 13. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 4-0.
