The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC) and the host Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC), saw Asheville's lacrosse team top Patton by a margin of 12-1.
The Cougars (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Indians enter the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills challenge with a 2-1 record.
The Panthers (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Red Tornadoes enter the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Hickory beat North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 12-7, in a league challenge.
