Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Allen Eagles (Allen, TX), 5-4 in a league challenge.

The Blue Hawks now sport a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Little Elm for a 6A Region I District 5 challenge on Friday, March 15. Rock Hill will face a Lobos squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Prosper (Prosper, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 3-8.

With the loss, Allen falls to 18-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to McKinney (McKinney, TX) to face the Lions in a 6A Region I District 5 challenge on Friday, March 15. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 11-9. McKinney won 5-2 in their recent league challenge against Braswell (Little Elm, TX)
