Plano Wildcats (Plano, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lewisville Farmers (Lewisville, TX), 11-10 in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marcus for a 6A Region I District 6 challenge on Friday, March 22.

With the loss, Lewisville falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Farmers travel to Marcus (Flower Mound, TX) to battle the Marauders in a 6A Region I District 6 challenge on Tuesday, March 19. The Marauders enter the challenge with a record of 11-9. Marcus lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Plano West (Plano, TX)
