North Carolina High School Baseball - Hunt wallops Southern Wayne

In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Hunt Warriors baseball team scored a nice 14-0 triumph over the Southern Wayne Saints.

With the triumph, Hunt moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Warriors host J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC) to battle the Rampants in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 17. The Rampants come into the match with a record of 6-0. J.H. Rose won 10-0 in their recent non-league match against West Johnston (Benson, NC)

The Saints now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rocky Mount for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 17. Southern Wayne will play a Gryphons team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to East Wake (Wendell, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 2-4.
