North Carolina High School Baseball - South View loses to Lumberton

March 14, 2023: Hope Mills, NC 28348

In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Lumberton Pirates baseball team scored a tight 15-10 victory over the South View Tigers.

The Pirates (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears go into the United Eight 3A/4A game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Gray's Creek was overwhelmed by Triton (Erwin, NC), 11-3, in a non-league game.

The Tigers (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC). The Rams go into the United Eight 3A/4A game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Purnell Swett tipped Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC), 12-8, in a league game.
