The Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM) softball routed the host Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM), 20-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Lobos (7-2) will now prepare for their bout against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Hot Springs was routed by Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM), 16-1, in a non-league bout.
