North Carolina High School Softball - South View Purnell Swett

The South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) softball the visiting Purnell Swett Rams (Pembroke, NC), 3-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Tigers now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gray's Creek for a United Eight 3A/4A outing on Tuesday, March 18. South View will encounter a Bears team coming off a 10-0 league win over Lumberton (Lumberton, NC). The Bears record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Purnell Swett moves to 3-6 on the season. The Rams host Hoggard (Wilmington, NC) to encounter the Vikings in a non-league outing on Monday, March 17. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 3-2. Hoggard won 9-7 in their recent league outing against North Brunswick (Leland, NC)
