Boswell Scorpions (Boswell, OK) supporters went home thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their baseball team beat the visiting Caney Cougars (Caney, OK), 10-2 in a non-league test.

The Scorpions now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Fairview for a non-league test on Thursday, March 19. Boswell will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 21-13 non-league win over Oklahoma Bible (Enid, OK). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Caney moves to 5-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Achille (Achille, OK) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 17. The Golden Eagles come into the outing with a record of 3-2. Achille won 14-2 in their recent non-league outing against Bennington (Bennington, OK)
