North Carolina High School Baseball - Northwest Halifax loses to Wilson Prep

The Wilson Prep Tigers crushed the host Northwest Halifax Vikings baseball team by a count of 21-2 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host KIPP Pride for a Tar Roanoke 1A bout on Thursday, March 17. Wilson Prep will face a Pride team coming off a 15-5 league win over Southeast Halifax (Halifax, NC). The Pride record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Vikings face the North Edgecombe Warriors (Tarboro, NC) in a Tar Roanoke 1A bout, on Tuesday, March 22. Northwest Halifax will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
