With the win, West Park upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to play the Bruins in a Foothill Valley bout on Thursday, March 17. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Ponderosa won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against El Dorado (Placerville, CA)

The Hillmen now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Oakmont for a Foothill Valley bout on Thursday, March 17. Placer will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Whitney (Rocklin, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-5.
