The West Park Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Placer Hillmen to 2 in the Panthers league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers now have a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ponderosa for a Foothill Valley game on Tuesday, April 19. West Park will meet a Bruins team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 18-4.
The Hillmen (4-16) will now prepare for their game against Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Vikings enter the Foothill Valley game with a 4-12 record. In their last game, Oakmont held off West Park (Roseville, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
