The Hiwassee Dam Eagles softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Cherokee Braves to 4 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Hiwassee Dam improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Copper Basin (Copperhill, TN) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league game on Thursday, March 17. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 0-1.
