Nevada High School Softball - Damonte Ranch knocked off by McQueen

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV), by a margin of 12-2.

With the triumph, McQueen moves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Lancers host Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV) to play the Cougars in a 5A North contest on Saturday, April 2. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 8-2. Spanish Springs won 11-0 in their recent non-league contest against Carson (Carson City, NV)

In their next game, the Mustangs play the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a 5A North contest, on Thursday, April 7. Damonte Ranch will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record.
