Nevada High School Softball - McQueen gets by Damonte Ranch

Spectators at Saturday's league match between the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) and the host Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV), witnessed McQueen's softball squad tip Damonte Ranch by a count of 8-7.

The Lancers now sport a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Damonte Ranch for a 5A North match on Saturday, April 9. McQueen will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Douglas (Minden, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-11.

With the loss, Damonte Ranch falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs host McQueen (Reno, NV) to encounter the Lancers in a 5A North outing on Saturday, April 9. The Lancers enter the outing with a record of 7-10. McQueen won 5-2 in their recent league outing against Carson (Carson City, NV)
