The Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) baseball trounced the host South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 18-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Vaqueros now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Tahoe for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. Fernley will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV). The Vikings record now stands at 0-6.
