The Chevak Comets basketball team (Chevak, AK), was routed 39-17 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Susitna Valley Rams (Talkeetna, AK)
The Rams now sport a 22-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metlakatla for a non-league battle on Friday, March 17. Susitna Valley will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 52-37 non-league win over Unalakleet (Unalakleet, AK). The Chiefs record now stands at 14-6.
The Comets (15-6) will now prepare for their battle against Unalakleet (Unalakleet, AK). The Wolfpack come into the non-league battle with a 12-15 record. In their last battle, Unalakleet was routed by Metlakatla (Metlakatla, AK), 52-37, in a non-league battle.
