Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD) and the host Roosevelt Rough Riders (Sioux Falls, SD), saw Riggs's basketball squad overcome Roosevelt by a tally of 56-46.

With the victory, Riggs improves its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Governors travel to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 18. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 14-8. Harrisburg won 65-55 in their recent non-league battle against Washington (Sioux Falls, SD)

The Rough Riders (13-10) will now prepare for their battle against Washington (Sioux Falls, SD). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 15-8 record. In their last battle, Washington dropped by Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD), 65-55, in a non-league battle.
