The Jack Britt Buccaneers soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Lumberton Pirates to 0 in the Buccaneers league victory on Friday.

Next, the Buccaneers face the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 20. Jack Britt will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Richmond (Rockingham, NC).

The Pirates now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host St. Pauls for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 18. Lumberton will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.
