North Carolina High School Baseball - Red Springs loses to Hoke County

The Red Springs Red Devils baseball squad (Red Springs, NC), was overwhelmed 9-4 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC)

With the triumph, Hoke County moves its record to 2-8 on the season. The Bucks host Richmond (Rockingham, NC) to confront the Raiders in a Sandhills 3A/4A contest on Friday, March 21. The Raiders come into the contest with a record of 5-5. Richmond won 9-4 in their recent non-league contest against Montgomery Central (Troy, NC)

The Red Devils now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairmont for a Southeastern Athletic 2A contest on Tuesday, March 25. Red Springs will confront a Golden Tornadoes squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Lake View (Lake View, SC). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 6-4.
