Kentucky High School Softball - Pike County Central bounces East Ridge

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Pike County Central Hawks (Pikeville, KY) and the host East Ridge Warriors (Lick Creek, KY), observed Pike County Central's softball team notch a victory over East Ridge by a final score of 20-2.

The Hawks (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Pikeville gained a win over Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY), 14-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Betsy Layne Bobcats (Betsy Layne, KY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 19. East Ridge will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
