With the loss, Pecos moves to 4-5 on the season. The Eagles host Estacado (Lubbock, TX) to encounter the Matadors in a non-league test on Saturday, March 19. The Matadors enter the test with a record of 7-15. Estacado won 18-3 in their recent non-league test against Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX)
