California High School Softball - Bellflower bounces Firebaugh

The Bellflower Buccaneers routed the host Firebaugh Falcons softball squad by a final score of 22-0 in Friday's league battle.

The Buccaneers (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against La Mirada (La Mirada, CA). The Matadores go into the Suburban battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, La Mirada notched a victory over Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Falcons now possess a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Mayfair for a Suburban battle on Tuesday, March 22. Firebaugh will confront a Monsoons squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Norwalk (Norwalk, CA). The Monsoons record now stands at 8-5.
