The Atkins Camels lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the host North Davidson Black Knights to 2 in the Camels league win on Monday.
The Camels (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC). The Villains go into the Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, Bishop McGuinness prevailed over Grimsley (Greensboro, NC), 17-5, in a non-league match.
The Black Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Glenn (Kernersville, NC). The Bobcats go into the non-league match with a 0-9 record. In their last match, Glenn was overwhelmed by Davie (Mocksville, NC), 21-1, in a league match.
