The Huskies now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Forbush for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19. Ashe County will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over West Stokes (King, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Mount Airy drops to 2-1 on the season. The Granite bears host North Surry (Mount Airy, NC) to meet the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 20. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 3-1. North Surry won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC)
