With the triumph, Hurricane improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Redskins host Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV) to clash with the Panthers in a Freelance game on Tuesday, March 19. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 2-0. Lincoln County won 6-5 in their recent non-league game against Scott (Madison, WV)

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 20. Ripley will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Huskies come into the game with a 3-0 record after their 19-0 non-league win over Braxton County (Sutton, WV).
