The New Hanover Wildcats triumphed over the host North Brunswick Scorpions lacrosse team by a tally of 18-3 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) in a Mideastern game, on Friday, March 21. New Hanover will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Pirates come into the game with a 3-0 record after their 17-6 league win over Ashley (Wilmington, NC).

The Scorpions (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Vikings come into the Mideastern game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Hoggard notched a victory over South Brunswick (Southport, NC), 17-10, in a league game.
