The New Hanover Wildcats lacrosse squad scored 6 points and limited the host North Brunswick Scorpions to 4 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Topsail for a Mideastern challenge on Friday, March 21. New Hanover will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 10-8 league win over Ashley (Wilmington, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, North Brunswick falls to 7-2 on the year. The Scorpions host Hoggard (Wilmington, NC) to clash with the Vikings in a Mideastern challenge on Thursday, March 20. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Hoggard won 19-2 in their recent league challenge against South Brunswick (Southport, NC)
