Alabama High School Softball - Gardendale bounces Clay-Chalkville

In Tuesday's league match, the host Gardendale Rockets softball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Clay-Chalkville Cougars.
The Rockets (14-10) will now prepare for their match against Mortimer Jordan (Kimberly, AL). The Blue Devils come into the non-league match with a 10-10 record. In their last match, Mortimer Jordan was routed by Cullman (Cullman, AL), 7-6, in a league match.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 1. Clay-Chalkville will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record.
