The Cypress Ranch Mustangs softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Cypress Lakes Spartans to 2 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Cypress Ranch moves its record to 9-15 on the year. The Mustangs host Langham Creek (Houston, TX) to clash with the Lobos in a 6A Region II District 16 game on Friday, March 22. The Lobos come into the game with a record of 21-3. Langham Creek won 15-0 in their recent league game against Cypress Park (Cypress, TX)

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Bridgeland Bears (Cypress, TX) in a 6A Region II District 16 game, on Friday, March 22. Cypress Lakes will attempt to move on its 5-14 season record. The Bears come into the game with a 18-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX).
