North Carolina High School Softball - Rocky Mount thwarted by Southern Nash

The Rocky Mount Gryphons softball team (Rocky Mount, NC), was routed 21-0 in Tuesday's league test with the host Southern Nash Firebirds (Bailey, NC)

Coming up next, the Firebirds encounter the Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) in a The Big East 2A/3A test, on Thursday, March 21. Southern Nash will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 10-7 league loss to Franklinton (Franklinton, NC).

The Gryphons (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Franklinton (Franklinton, NC). The Rams come into the The Big East 2A/3A test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Franklinton overcame Northern Nash (Rocky Mount, NC), 10-7, in a league test.
