The Raleigh Charter Phoenix smashed the visiting Research Triangle Raptors soccer team by a tally of 6-0 in Wednesday's league game.
Next, the Phoenix face the Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 24. Raleigh Charter will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Guardians enter the game with a 2-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC).
The Raptors (1-4) will now prepare for their game against East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC). The Eagles enter the Super Six 1A/2A game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, East Wake Academy held off Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC), 3-1, in a non-league game.
