North Carolina High School Soccer - Raleigh Charter knocks off Research Triangle

In Monday's league outing, the visiting Raleigh Charter Phoenix soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Research Triangle Raptors.
The Phoenix (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Guardians enter the Super Six 1A/2A battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Wake Prep Academy tipped East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC), 4-3, in a league battle.
Next up, the Raptors battle the Carolina Friends Quakers (Durham, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 16. Research Triangle will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Quakers enter the battle with a 3-5 record after their 5-0 league loss to Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC).
