West Virginia High School Softball - Hoover Nicholas County

The Hoover Huskies softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Nicholas County Grizzlies to 5 in the Huskies non-league win on Wednesday.

The Huskies now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logan for a Cardinal battle on Friday, March 21.

With the loss, Nicholas County moves to 0-1 on the season. The Grizzlies host Midland Trail (Hico, WV) to confront the Patriots in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 20. The Patriots come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
