Maryland High School Basketball - South River can't hold off Broadneck

The Broadneck Bruins basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting South River Seahawks to 43 in the Bruins non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bruins now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South River for a Anne Arundel County contest on Thursday, March 2. Broadneck will battle a Seahawks team coming off a 71-54 non-league win over Severna Park (Severna Park, MD). The Seahawks record now stands at 15-4.
The Seahawks (15-6) will now prepare for their contest against Broadneck (Annapolis, MD). The Bruins come into the Anne Arundel County contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Broadneck edged North Point (Waldorf, MD), 55-39, in a non-league contest.
