In their next game, the Goldbacks face the Elmira Express (Elmira, NY) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 7. Newburgh Free Academy will attempt to move on its 13-7 season record. The Express enter the game with a 10-9 record after their 70-63 non-league win over Corning-Painted Post (Corning, NY).
With the defeat, Middletown moves to 12-10 on the year.
