In Thursday's league contest, the Pike Road Patriots (Pike Road, AL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL), by a margin of 15-0.

With the triumph, Pike Road moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Pike County (Brundidge, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Friday, March 3.
