The Wando Warriors triumphed over the visiting St. James Sharks lacrosse team by a score of 23-6 in Monday's league match.

With the win, Wando upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Warriors host Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC) to play the Braves in a 5A District 5 match on Thursday, March 23. The Braves go into the match with a record of 3-5. Socastee lost 13-9 in their recent non-league match against Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC)

With the defeat, St. James drops to 5-6 on the season. The Sharks host Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC) to play the Panthers in a 5A District 5 match on Thursday, March 23. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 8-2. Carolina Forest won 6-1 in their recent non-league match against South Brunswick (Southport, NC)
